Qualifications

• Commercial metal stud framing experience required.
• Drywall hanging and finishing skills required.
• Ability to read and interpret basic construction drawings.
• Able to lay out walls, soffits, bulkheads and openings from plans.
• Maintain safety credentials and follow OSHA requirements.
• Assist with apprenticeship training as needed.

Responsibilities

• Report to site on time with required PPE and tools.
• Follow all safety rules and site protocols.
• Read drawings and perform layout for walls, ceilings, and openings.
• Frame walls, soffits, bulkheads, and doors to spec.
• Cut around penetrations and install trim and accessories.
• Identify issues and report to Foreman before continuing.
• Assist with training apprentices and other duties as assigned.
