Qualifications

• 2+ years in interior and exterior metal stud framing.
• 2+ years in a leadership or foreman role preferred.
• Ability to read plans and manage layout independently.
• Proven ability to lead crews and manage production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Install metal stud framing, drywall, and ACT per plans and specs.
• Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and project documents.
• Plan daily and weekly work to meet schedules and goals.
• Lead, manage, and mentor field crews on commercial sites.
• Enforce safety policies and maintain a safe jobsite environment.
• Track labor productivity and adjust crews as needed.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Superintendents, and other trades.
• Identify and resolve jobsite challenges proactively.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area.
