Metal Stamping Punch Press TechnicianLocation: Rogers, MN 55374Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM (first shift)Pay: $20–$22 per hourA day in the lifeAt 6:00 AM your press bay is already organized and ready. You verify today’s work instructions, load tooling under guidance, and run first-piece checks with calipers and micrometers. Throughout the morning you keep a close eye on dimensions and surface finish, make basic adjustments, and document results. As production moves along, you’ll practice elements of setup—changeovers, dialing in clearances, and referencing setup sheets—growing your confidence each day. Safety, quality, and steady output guide every move you make. By 2:30 PM, your area is cleaned down and staged for the next run.How you’ll growIf you’ve operated presses but haven’t owned full setup before, this role is designed for you.
