The role requires expert knowledge of press setups and tooling, reading complex prints, and a strong quality mindset.

• Mentor Level I and II Set-Up Operators; capture and refine work instructions.
• Enter all production and quality data into the company’s data collection system.
• Follow safety procedures and compliance guidelines; perform other duties as assigned.
