Job summary

Commercial Metals is seeking a hands-on team member to operate production equipment and maintain a clean, safe work area in a fast-paced setting. The role involves lifting up to 50 lbs, working in all weather, and coordinating with a team to meet production goals.

Prior recycling/manufacturing experience is preferred; forklift/loader operation and metal identification knowledge are assets for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Team player in a fast-paced environment with multitasking, attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Minimum 1 year experience in recycling and/or manufacturing preferred.
• Experience operating forklift, skid steer, loader or similar equipment.
• Metal identification knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment per established procedures and guidelines.
• Participate in safety programs and uphold safety culture.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

What You'll Do

• Maintains work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition and follows safety regulations

What You'll Need
