Leaf Home, LLC. is seeking a Metal Development Specialist to advance and quality-control our stone-coated metal roofing operations.

The role centers on hands-on development and training of Install Managers, Project Coordinators, and subcontracted Installation Partners to ensure top material ordering, field execution, and inventory management. You will lead training, supervise safety, and stay current with metal profiles and Hover-based take-offs, collaborating with regional teams to optimize

Qualifications

• Proven ability to read and interpret Hover drawings and calculate material needs.
• Strong understanding of metal roofing systems and installation practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable leading virtual meetings and remote troubleshooting.
• Certifications in all metal profiles, or willingness to acquire.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, CompanyCam, Hover, and proprietary ordering systems.
• Must be able to work on roofs for 95% of field hands-on training.

Responsibilities

• Train IMs, PCs, and IPs on proper metal material orders using Hover and the MLG tool.
• Facilitate in-office and on-site training to ensure consistent install quality.
• Lead weekly virtual team meetings to support ordering and troubleshooting and develop training videos.
• Promote warehouse efficiency by training IMs and PCs to use existing inventory before new orders.
• Maintain inventory counts and coordinate with regional IMs and PCs.
