Coulter Services is seeking a Metal Development Specialist to design, test, and optimize metal roofing systems, advancing a premium product line focused on performance, durability, and energy efficiency.

You will collaborate with engineering, production, and installation teams to translate concepts into manufacturable solutions, oversee prototypes and field trials, ensure compliance with building codes and quality standards, and drive continuous improvement across development and readiness
