Job summary

Kids for the Future in Farmers Branch, TX is seeking a skilled Foreman Metal Refinisher to lead surface restoration projects. You will supervise buffing, stripping, sanding, masking, filling, spraying, and finishing to return surfaces to their best state.

This full-time position involves night shifts (roughly 4/5pm to 2/3am), travel as needed in the company van, and comprehensive benefits including paid time off, holidays, health coverage, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Current and valid driver’s license with insurable record.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable with heights and working in confined spaces.
• Ability to kneel, squat, bend, lift up to 60 lbs.
• Painting and spraying experience.
• High attention to detail and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Lead foreman to ensure quality and timely completion per work orders and supervisor directions.
• Work with solvents, chemicals, pneumatic and power tools.
• Follow all safety and OSHA protocols, including company vehicles.
• Complete all required safety and training modules.
• Work nights (≈4/5pm–2/3am) with some weekend flexibility.
• Occasional out-of-town travel in company van with per diem and hotel.
