Job summary

PNK Group USA in Winder, GA seeks a Metal Production Manager to lead continuous metal production and ensure timely delivery to building sites. You will supervise daily production, coordinate with purchasing, and drive preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.

The role requires 5+ years in production/plant management, a Bachelor’s in Engineering, and strong leadership, problem-solving, and safety knowledge. Russian proficiency is required; on-site, full-time with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in production and plant management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Russian is a must.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise all activities related to production of metal products.
  • Create, track according to the building sites’ requests and perform according to the production plan per day, week and month.
  • Ensure quality and correct timing.
  • Ensure delivery of the necessary materials with the help of the purchasing department.
  • Develop and implement preventive programs to ensure equipment and infrastructure are operational and meet safety standards.
  • Schedule and manage routine and emergency equipment maintenance tasks to minimize production downtime.
  • Oversee workshop personnel and contractors, ensuring they are properly trained, follow safety protocols and perform according to the company’s expectations.
  • Manage budgets and track expenses related to production, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality or safety.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance efficiency, sustainability, and cost savings.
  • Evaluate and negotiate contracts for outsourced services and then oversee relationships with external vendors, contractors, and service providers.
  • Foster a collaborative, productive, and positive work environment.
  • Ensure timely delivery of the produced goods to the warehouse or building sites
  • Ensure cleanliness and order at the production workshop and the warehouse

Qualifications
Education

Proficiency in Russian is a must

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field (preferred)

Professional certifications are a plus

Experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience in production and plant management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

Experience of working with metal / construction.

Proven experience with budget management, vendor relations, project management, materials management.

PC literate

Skills and Abilities

Strong leadership, team management abilities and interpersonal skills.

Strong understanding of regulations, production standards, and industry-specific safety protocols.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 PA.

Medical insurance 80% paid by the company, dental and eye insurance 80% paid by the company in 60 days after the start of work, 401K pension plan after 1 year of service with the company, 10 days of paid holiday per year, 10 federal holidays per year + 40 hours of paid sick leave
