ConstructionExecs in New Jersey is seeking a seasoned Production Manager to lead our steel fabrication operation. You will oversee production planning, scheduling, labor and equipment utilization, and safety, while driving cost efficiency and quality.

You will partner with estimating, purchasing, logistics, HR, and executive leadership to optimize project flow, implement continuous improvement, and mentor supervision and maintenance teams.

About the Company

Our client is part of a growing group of steel companies operating across the U.S. and Canada. This is more than a Production Manager position at a single fabrication facility- it is an opportunity to join a larger organization with multiple companies, strong executive leadership, and long-term career mobility. The leadership team operates collaboratively using EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System), including strategic planning, Rocks, leadership meetings, and cross-company initiatives. Senior leaders have opportunities to work with other companies throughout the organization, participate in leadership meetings and travel, and build relationships across the broader group.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Production Manager will have responsibility for the overall performance of the fabrication operation, including:

• Production planning and scheduling
• Labor, equipment, and material utilization
• Quality, safety, cost, and productivity
• Leadership of supervision and maintenance teams
• Production KPIs and continuous improvement
• Improving manufacturing methods and project flow
• Collaboration with estimating, purchasing, logistics, quality, HR, and executive leadership

Pay range and compensation package

• Medical insurance through UnitedHealthcare
