Job summary

Carpenter Machine LLC in Lancaster, PA is seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to quote and coordinate metal manufacturing projects, ensuring customers’ requirements and our high quality standards are met. This role may be onsite or hybrid with remote options; training will be provided to learn the technical details.

You will analyze needs, develop cost estimates, review drawings, and collaborate with internal teams to meet project goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in metal manufacturing processes & materials.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong organizational and math skills.
• Proficiency with CAD/CAM and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer requirements to provide accurate quotes.
• Develop detailed cost estimates.
• Understand internal capabilities and capacity.
• Analyze and manage project risks with internal teams.
• Collaborate with customers and internal parties to meet project goals.
• Prepare and review technical drawings and CAD models.
