Qualifications

• Experience coordinating production drawings and fabrication-related tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage customer relationships across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility for purchase orders when received by the sales team.
• Establish communication with customers to devise a project schedule that fits production constraints.
• Create fabrication-ready production drawings with BOM from customer contracts.
• Review production drawings for inaccuracies and potential clashes; prepare submittal packages.
