TOPS Staffing is hiring Metal Finishing Technicians in Irwin, PA, for a growing precision manufacturing company. The role focuses on deburring, grinding, polishing, and finishing precision metal components to meet quality standards. Typical shift is 5:00 AM–3:30 PM, Monday to Thursday, with OT available on Fridays.

Starting pay is $20.50 per hour. The job supports a 4‑day workweek with long-term growth potential and a clean, safety‑focused shop environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or metal finishing preferred.
• Comfortable using hand grinders, air tools, and polishing equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Ability to follow written instructions and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Deburr, grind, polish, and finish precision metal components.
• Remove sharp edges and machining marks from parts.
• Operate polishing/finishing equipment to achieve surface finishes.
• Perform visual inspections for quality compliance.
• Use basic measuring tools as needed and assist with rework.
