Qualifications

• Must be able to start at 5:00 AM and maintain a steady production pace.
• No metal finishing experience required; on‑the‑job training provided.
• Able to read and follow written work instructions and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Rack and unrack metal parts before and after plating or finishing.
• Read and follow job paperwork and work instructions.
• Maintain production pace while ensuring quality and proper part handling.
• Follow safety, quality, and production procedures and work with the team to keep production moving.
