As a Production Racker, you'll prepare metal parts for the plating and metal‑finishing process. You'll attach parts to specialized racks before processing, remove them afterward, inspect and handle parts carefully, and follow work instructions that tell you how each job needs to be completed.
Some parts may be large. Others may be extremely small. The work can be repetitive, and production pace matters - but so does quality.

The position includes standing for extended periods, repetitive hand and arm movements, handling parts of varying sizes and weights, and working in an active metal‑finishing environment.
The manufacturing environment may include noise, heat, humidity, chemicals and other conditions typical of a metal‑finishing operation. Required personal protective equipment is provided.
