Job summary

Burke is seeking a dual-role Metal Finisher to join our third shift team in Fond du Lac, WI. You will also assist on the paint line as needed, with a starting shift at 6:00pm. The role focuses on high-quality playground equipment from design to finish, supporting production drawings and quality standards.

Responsibilities include metal finishing and paint line prep, loading, wrapping, labeling, and ensuring on-time shipments. We offer on-the-job training, shift premium, and a strong team culture.

Qualifications

• Must read production drawings and schematics.
• Basic to intermediate math skills.
• Ability to follow directions and safety procedures.
• Able to work independently and be detail oriented.
• Passion for accuracy and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Metal Finishing: smooth surfaces on welded components, inspect parts, repair as needed, use grinders, sanders, files and measuring tools.
• Paint Line: load/unload parts on automated powder coat line, wrap and label parts, ensure line capacity and on-time delivery.
