Kurt Manufacturing, founded in Minneapolis, seeks a Metal Finisher I to support our contract machining operations. You will place metal objects in mesh containers and process them through chemical cleaning and rinsing baths, supporting quality-focused finishes.

Role requires a high school diploma or GED, 2 years of related experience, and offers a stable daytime shift (Mon-Fri, 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m.) with a broad benefits package and employee ownership.

Job Summary

The Metal Finisher I places metal objects in mesh container and immerses objects in a series of chemical cleaning and rinsing baths.

Compensation

The anticipated hourly starting rate for this position is between $20.26 to $27.00. The exact salary may be determined on a combination of factors including the candidate's knowledge, experience, skills, abilities, and education.

Shift/Hours: Mon-Friday 6:00 a.m.-2:30 p.m.
