C&A Tool Engineering, Inc. in Northeast Indiana is seeking qualified CNC Machinists. Compensation: Up to $32 per hour DOE with a 10% differential for 2nd and 3rd shift positions.

Job Description

Compensation: Up to $32 per hour (DOE) with a 10% differential for 2nd and 3rd Shift positions.

Required Skills/Knowledge:

• Dependable
• Experience running, setting up, and adjusting CNC turning, and/or milling machinery
• Basic Blueprint and GD&T knowledge
• Capable using micrometers, calipers, and optical comparators
• Perform hand work on components such as deburring and minor polishing
• Three (3) plus year's experience
• Shifts: 2nd and 3rd Shifts / 8-hour Shifts / Overtime optional, but typically available

Additional Skills/Knowledge Preferred:

• Star CNC Swiss machine knowledge
• Machining experience with Titanium, Stainless, and High Nickel alloys
• Operation of CMM
• Troubleshooting/optimizing new CNC programs and processes
• Hand toolpath programming (angles/radii)

Physical Requirements:

• Lift 40 lbs. occasionally
• Standing for prolonged periods of time
• Moving from one machine to another to maintain production requirements
