This full-time role requires at least 2 years in metal fabrication, a safety-conscious mindset, and the ability to work with maintenance and production teams to keep operations running smoothly. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in metal fabrication, welding, or related field.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and drawings.
• Experience with MIG, TIG, and arc welding techniques.
• Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with supervisors and team members on fabrication and maintenance projects.
• Fabricate and assemble metal structures and components from drawings and specs.
• Operate welders, grinders, saws, and cutting torches.
• Maintain and repair manufacturing equipment and structures.
• Measure, cut, and weld materials to specifications.
• Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to improve efficiency.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure components meet standards.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
• Maintain records of materials, work performed, and equipment maintenance.
