Ssiconveyors in Memphis, TN is seeking an experienced Fabricator for a fast-paced shop. The role emphasizes hands-on fabrication, reading drawings, and MIG welding across positions to meet exacting quality standards.

You will operate press brakes, band saws, rollers, and grinders, measure and fit components to spec, inspect finished work, and maintain a clean, safe work environment while supporting production schedules.

Competenze

3–5 years of experience in fabrication/manufacturing.
Proficient MIG welding; TIG/Stick experience preferred.
Able to weld in multiple positions.
Able to read blueprints and measurements accurately.
Experience operating common shop equipment (press brake, saws, rollers).
Strong attention to detail, safety, and quality.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Mansioni

Perform MIG welding (TIG and Stick welding a plus) in all positions (flat, horizontal, vertical, overhead).
Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and work orders to fabricate parts accurately.
Operate fabrication equipment including press brake, band saws (vertical and horizontal), rollers, and grinders.
Measure, layout, and fit components to ensure proper alignment and tolerances.
Assemble and fabricate metal components to meet quality and specification requirements.
Inspect finished work to ensure accuracy, structural integrity, and quality standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Work closely with team members, supervisors, and engineering to resolve fabrication issues.
Meet production schedules and deadlines.
