We are seeking a skilled and motivated Welder/Fabricator to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for fabricating, welding, and assembling metal components with precision while maintaining high standards for quality and safety.
The ideal candidate has strong hands-on fabrication experience, excellent blueprint-reading skills, and the ability to work with a variety of welding, cutting, and fabrication equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately fabricate components.
- Operate power tools, hand tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and machining equipment to cut, shape, and assemble sheet metal and other materials.
- Perform MIG and TIG welding techniques to securely join metals according to applicable ASME codes and standards.
- Use precision measuring instruments, including calipers and tape measures, to ensure dimensional accuracy.
- Perform pipe threading, frame and guard manufacturing, and mechanical component assembly.
- Apply rigging and mechanical knowledge during fabrication and assembly projects.
- Follow all safety procedures related to manufacturing and construction environments, including crane operation, forklift operation, and power tool usage.
- Collaborate with team members on projects involving plasma cutting, press brake operations, machining, soldering, welding, and assembly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Qualifications
- Proven manufacturing background with hands-on welding and fabrication experience.
- Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding.
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Familiarity with calipers, tape measures, hand tools, power tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and other fabrication equipment.
- Knowledge of ASME codes and standards related to welding and fabrication.
- Basic math skills for measurements and fabrication calculations.
- Mechanical knowledge, including pipe threading, rigging procedures, and assembly techniques.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to operate forklifts safely and efficiently in a manufacturing or construction environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $22.97-$28.00/hour
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours/week
Hours: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM
Overtime: As needed
Travel: None required; future travel opportunities may be available for interested candidates based on customer needs.
