Job summary

TKO StaffPros LLC is hiring Flux Core Welders & Fitters for our Fulton, MS shop. The role focuses on FCAW, MIG, TIG, and Stick welding of structural steel and pipes to meet project timelines.

You will read blueprints, fit and assemble components, operate plasma cutters and press brakes, and maintain a clean, safe work environment while collaborating with a tight-knit team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Flux Core Welder or Structural Fitter is required.
• Strong FCAW welding skills; MIG, TIG, and Stick welding are preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Good mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Experience with structural steel, pipe fitting, or ductwork is a plus.
• Basic math and measuring skills.
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform FCAW, MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on structural steel, pipe, and metal components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawings.
• Fit, align, and assemble components prior to welding.
• Operate fabrication equipment including plasma cutters and press brakes.
• Measure and inspect materials using calipers and micrometers.
• Assist with rigging and safely move materials using cranes and forklifts.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work closely with team members to complete projects on schedule.

What You'll Do
