Job summary

Phillips Tank & Structure (PTS) is hiring a Shop Laborer to perform a broad range of manual tasks in our shop or on-site projects. Responsibilities include moving materials, building and dismantling, and operating basic tools while following safety rules.

Applicants must be 18+, have a high school diploma, and be eligible to work in the United States. Benefits include medical coverage, PTO, and 401k with company contributions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Be eligible to work in the United States.
• Be willing to authorize a background check.
• Have no criminal convictions for dishonesty, sexual misconduct, serious violence, or acts of terrorism.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide variety of manual duties that involve physical labor.
• Transport materials, erect structures, clean up, haul debris, operate equipment and power tools.
• Lift items and load/unload materials.
• Follow all safety and quality procedures and work in shop or on construction sites as needed.
• Inspect, set up and rig equipment when required.
