Phillips Tank & Structure (PTS) is hiring a full-time Shop Laborer to perform manual duties in shop and field settings. You will transport materials, erect structures, and operate a range of tools while following safety and quality procedures.

The role requires physical fitness and the ability to lift 50 lbs, with regular attendance and punctuality. Benefits include competitive pay, health/dental/vision insurance, PTO, and a 4x10 schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Operate a range of hand and power tools in shop or field settings.
• Transport materials and fabricate components per drawings and cut sheets.
• Load, unload, and stage materials and equipment.
• Inspect deliveries and verify quantities; track inventory.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety procedures.
• Assist in assembling and erecting temporary structures when needed.
