Qualifikationen

• Strong mechanical ability and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow written, verbal, and diagram-based instructions.
• Experience in fabrication is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Deburring and preparing metal materials and finished parts.
• Drilling and tapping materials and installing hardware.
• Safely operating drill presses and handheld grinders.
• Moving and handling materials throughout the shop.
• Performing routine equipment maintenance and daily safety checks.
• Inspecting parts for defects, damage, quantity, and orientation.
• Reading work orders, job travelers, and basic specifications.
• Using a tape measure and dial caliper to verify measurements.
• Keeping the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Assisting other team members throughout the fabrication process.
• Communicating equipment issues or process improvements to supervisors.
