Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in metal fabrication, welding, machining, or manufacturing.
• 3+ years of supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and fabrication drawings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations in the fabrication department ensuring safety and quality.
• Lead and support fabrication technicians and machine operators.
• Inspect components for accuracy and implement corrective actions for quality issues.
