A leading fabrication company in California is looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee shop activities for structural steel and miscellaneous metals. The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of hands-on fabrication experience and prior supervisory experience. Qualifications
7–10 years of hands-on experience in miscellaneous metals and/or structural steel fabrication.
Previous supervisory or foreman-level experience in a fabrication shop environment is required.
Strong working knowledge of fabrication processes, welding, layout, and shop workflow.
Responsibilities
Directly supervise shop employees and oversee fabrication activities for miscellaneous metals and structural steel.
Plan, schedule, and manage daily shop workflow and manpower to meet production timelines.
Enforce productivity, quality, and housekeeping standards across all shop operations.
