A leading fabrication company in California is looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee shop activities for structural steel and miscellaneous metals. The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of hands-on fabrication experience and prior supervisory experience. Responsibilities include managing daily workflow, ensuring quality control, and promoting safety in the shop. Qualifications

• 7–10 years of hands-on experience in miscellaneous metals and/or structural steel fabrication.
• Previous supervisory or foreman-level experience in a fabrication shop environment is required.
• Strong working knowledge of fabrication processes, welding, layout, and shop workflow.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise shop employees and oversee fabrication activities for miscellaneous metals and structural steel.
• Plan, schedule, and manage daily shop workflow and manpower to meet production timelines.
• Enforce productivity, quality, and housekeeping standards across all shop operations.
