Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking candidates for a fabrication-focused role in a growing team. You’ll gain hands-on experience with welding, saw cutting, powder coating, and material handling in a fast-paced shop environment.

Shifts include 1st, 2nd (+$1/hr differential), weekend schedule, with overtime opportunities and weekly pay. Training is available for motivated individuals, and safety is a priority.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to read measurements and follow instructions.
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing.
• Experience with fabrication, welding, manufacturing, or production is a plus.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-focused.

Responsibilities

• Assist with welding, fabrication, saw cutting, and powder coating operations
• Read blueprints, measure materials, and inspect finished products
• Operate production equipment and use hand and power tools
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the shop
• Maintain quality standards and safe work practices
• Support multiple departments and learn new skills

Pay

• $18.00-$19.00/hr starting pay
• Higher wages available based on experience
• Weekly pay every Friday
