Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a Metal Crate Refurbisher for a local manufacturing facility in Texas. This full-time, day-shift role runs Mon–Fri from 6:55 AM to 3:30 PM, with overtime possible based on production needs.

You will refurbish crates, use hand and power tools, and help maintain safety and quality throughout the shift. Attention to punctuality is required as attendance is strictly enforced.

Metal Crate Refurbisher

Location: Local Manufacturing Facility
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:55 AM – 3:30 PM
Type: Full-Time | Day Shift

Position Overview

The Metal Crate Refurbisher is responsible for restoring, repairing, and preparing metal crates for reuse in a fast-paced production environment. This role involves hands‑on general labor, use of hand and power tools, and maintaining quality and safety standards at all times.

ATTENDANCE IS STRICT — employees must report on time and as scheduled, every day. This position is not flexible on attendance or punctuality.

Key Responsibilities

• Refurbish metal crates by repairing, adjusting, and restoring them to quality standards

• Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently

• Inspect crates for damage, defects, and overall quality before release

• Maintain a clean and organized workstation

Requirements & Qualifications

• Previous experience in general labor, manufacturing, warehouse, or refurbishment preferred but not required

• Ability to safely use hand and power tools

• Experience with overhead cranes is a plus

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

• Strong attention to detail and quality

• Must be reliable, dependable, and punctual

• Ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift

• Overtime may be available based on production needs
