Job summary

Checon, LLC, a division of Alloy Holdings, is hiring dependable, motivated individuals to join our manufacturing team in Glens Falls, NY. The 1st Shift runs 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, Monday–Friday, with weekends off.

You’ll receive paid on-the-job training and participate in a sign-on bonus program as you build a hands-on career in manufacturing. Prior manufacturing is a plus but not required; we’ll provide training to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Attention to detail with safety.
• Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work around high-temperature equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate induction furnaces and casting equipment.
• Monitor product quality and production processes.
• Inspect, clean, and maintain equipment.
• Move materials using cranes and forklifts.
• Record production data.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment.
