Checon, LLC, a division of Alloy Holdings, is hiring dependable, motivated individuals to join our manufacturing team in Glens Falls, NY.

We offer Monday–Friday schedules with weekends off and paid on-the-job training. Pay is $20.00–$21.00 per hour, based on experience, with benefits and growth opportunities.

Manufacturing experience is not required; we provide training. You will set up and operate brushing equipment, load and process metal materials, and monitor quality with safety as a priority.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience in manufacturing or machine operation preferred but not required.
• Comfort using precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate brushing equipment.
• Load and process metal materials.
• Adjust machine settings to achieve finishes.
• Monitor product quality and inspect finished materials.
• Use precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
• Perform basic machine adjustments, cleaning, and maintenance.
• Record production information and maintain work orders.
• Safely move materials using cranes, hoists, or forklifts.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
