The ideal candidate will have mechanical aptitude and a strong work ethic. Responsibilities include operating production machinery, monitoring product quality, and ensuring a safe working environment. Paid training is provided to equip you for success.

What You'll Do

• Operate form rolling mill equipment and production machinery
• Set up equipment and tooling for production runs
• Monitor product quality and production processes
• Inspect finished products using precision measuring tools
• Clean, straighten, and prepare materials for processing
• Perform basic machine adjustments and assist with equipment maintenance
• Record production data and maintain work orders
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to use precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
