Alexander Daniels Global Ltd. is seeking an Additive Manufacturing Engineer to transform innovative product designs into high-quality metal parts. You will develop metal AM methodologies, create detailed drawings, and establish robust design rules while addressing manufacturing challenges.

The role emphasizes collaboration across production and development teams, applying data-driven analysis, root cause investigations, and continuous learning to advance AM capabilities and production efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Materials Science, Design, or related discipline, with ≥3 years in manufacturing/production-focused engineering.
Strong expertise in additive manufacturing technologies, 3D printing equipment, CAD/CAM software, and data-driven engineering analysis.

Responsibilities

Develop metal AM manufacturing methodologies and toolpaths.
Create engineering drawings and establish design rules and process limits.
Support evolution of new AM techniques, materials, and processes.
Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and share knowledge for continuous improvement.
