Hadrian is building autonomous factories to accelerate aerospace and defense manufacturing. The Senior AM Process role focuses on metals, DOEs, and in situ monitoring to push process readiness and digital traceability.

You will build tools, collaborate across engineering teams, and advance parameter development, with ITAR-compliant U.S. citizenship required. Mesa facility and national expansion are part of Hadrian's growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years developing and optimizing metal AM parameters and processes.
• Hands-on experience with additive manufacturing equipment and software.
• Experience building automated workflows and scripting to speed up development.
• Ability to collaborate with materials engineering to translate materials into production-ready processes.
• U.S. Citizenship or permanent residency for ITAR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead parameter development for additive processes with a focus on metals, executing DOEs to define process windows.
• Drive adoption of in situ monitoring and digital traceability.
• Develop or evaluate software tools to accelerate parameter development and automation.
• Research and integrate new tools and technologies to strengthen process development.
• Design automated workflows to validate and implement parameters.
• Serve as a point of contact for parameter needs tied to part geometries and platform challenges.
• Collaborate with materials, systems, and software engineers to scale production.
• Work cross-functionally with applications and welding engineers.
