2020 Companies, in partnership with Meta, is hiring part-time Sales Specialists at Best Buy in Sarasota, FL. You will help customers choose Meta AR/VR products and provide an engaging shopping experience.

The role trains retail staff on AI tools and requires weekend availability. Pay is $21.00 per hour for 20 hours per week, with extra shifts during holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum six months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing is preferred.
• Interest in AV and VR products is a plus.
• Ability to engage customers, demonstrate products, and ask for the sale is necessary.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Availability to work weekends and at least three one-time weekday shifts is required.
• Own a smartphone with an operating system equivalent to iPhone 11 or Samsung S25.
• Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled visits.

Overview: 2020 Companies, in partnership with our client, Meta, are now hiring part‑time Sales Specialists! Pay: $21.00 per hour Schedule: 20 hours Friday to Sunday (Friday 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm, Saturday & Sunday 11:00 am – 7:00 pm) Holiday Schedule: Additional shifts added in November and December for key customer shopping days

About the Role

In this exciting role, you'll work closely with retail shoppers to recommend the perfect Meta products to meet their unique needs. You'll be the go‑to person for customers seeking information on Meta’s products, ensuring they have an interactive, informative, and prosperous shopping experience. Building relationships within a retail environment and having a technology‑first mindset are key as you will train retail associates on new AI apps and tools. Our team fully provides all technology training.

• Consistent Weekend Visits: The schedule is primarily Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts.
