2020 Companies, in partnership with our client, Meta, is hiring a part-time Sales Specialist in Orlando, FL. You will engage customers, demonstrate Meta products, and drive sales while providing excellent customer service in a busy retail setting.

You will train retail associates on AI apps and tools, with full training provided by the team. Expect a flexible schedule, weekly pay, and opportunities for advancement within a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A minimum of six months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing is preferred.
• An interest in AV and VR products is a plus.
• The ability to engage, demonstrate, and ask for the sale is necessary.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Impeccable integrity and a genuine commitment to exceeding customer expectations are crucial.
• Thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
• Availability to work weekends and up to a minimum of three one-time weekday shifts is required.
• Own a smartphone with an equivalent operating system of an iPhone 11 or Samsung S25.
• Ability to stand, walk around, reach, pick up, bend, grab, up to 20lbs occasionally, with continuous hand/eye coordination and fine manipulation.
• Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled visits.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store staff and leaders to share knowledge and maintain a productive environment.
• Track customer interactions and sales electronically; submit daily mobile reports.
• Schedule primarily Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, with some weekday shifts.

Overview

2020 Companies, in partnership with our client, Meta, are now hiring part‑time Sales Specialists!

Pay: $24.00 per hour

Schedule: 20 hours Friday to Sunday (Friday 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm, Saturday & Sunday 11:00 am – 7:00 pm)

Holiday Schedule: Additional shifts added in November and December for key customer shopping days

About the Role

In this excited role, you'll work closely with retail shoppers to recommend the perfect Meta products to meet their unique needs. You'll be the go‑to person for customers seeking information on Meta’s products, ensuring they have an interactive, informative, and prosperous shopping experience.
