Key Responsibilities

As a Meta Buyer, you will:

  • Develop & Execute Strategies: Collaborate with your Senior Strategist to create and implement data-driven paid media strategies to drive new user acquisition, increase brand visibility, and achieve lower customer acquisition costs.
  • Client Immersion: Deep dive into client brands to understand their value proposition, products, and goals, translating these insights into actionable campaign strategies.
  • Campaign Optimization: Leverage tools like Facebook Ads Manager to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and increase monthly client revenue.
  • Performance Monitoring: Ensure all purchased media placements align with campaign goals and appear as planned across Facebook and Instagram.
  • Creative Collaboration: Write compelling ad copy and help develop creative briefs for our clients, ensuring that all creative assets align with campaign objectives and target audience preferences.
  • Reporting & Insights: Prepare detailed reports and dashboards, translating campaign performance data into actionable insights for clients and stakeholders.
  • Industry Trends: Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, emerging technologies (e.g., ChatGPT), and new tools to improve efficiency and innovation in campaigns.
  • Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and new opportunities for campaign success.

What You Bring

  • Experience: 1-2 years of Facebook advertising experience managing a minimum spend of $50k a month and 2-4 years in an agency setting.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, and other analytics platforms in an eCommerce context. Ability to analyze data and proactively identify performance improvements.
  • Communication & Problem-Solving: Exceptional communication skills to effectively present insights to clients and stakeholders. Creative problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and adaptability.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and collaborate with team members to deliver client success.
