Job summary

The Phoenix Group Advisors is seeking a senior Messaging/Exchange administrator to design, implement, and optimize enterprise mail infrastructure. You will manage Exchange on-premises and Online, Postfix, and client apps like Outlook, serving as SME for mail systems. Modernization includes Graph API migrations and Outlook integrations.

You will strengthen mail security and anti-spam measures, collaborate across teams, and contribute to GenAI projects related to email tooling and automation.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience managing complex Exchange environments (on-premises and Online) and Postfix.
• Expertise in troubleshooting Outlook client issues and resolving mail system anomalies.
• Strong knowledge of mail security, anti-spam solutions, and threat mitigation strategies.
• Familiarity with EWS, Graph API, MAPI, Office JavaScript, and related APIs.
• Proficiency with scripting and programming languages such as PowerShell, Python, and C#.
• Excellent communication skills and proven ability to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize messaging infrastructure including Exchange on-premises, Online, and Postfix.
• Serve as senior escalation point and SME for mail systems, ensuring security, performance, and reliability.
• Lead modernization by migrating from EWS to Microsoft Graph API and revamping Postfix deployments.
• Collaborate with development teams on GenAI initiatives, including Outlook add-ins and integrations.
• Enhance mail security and anti-spam strategies using Proofpoint, maintaining a resilient mail environment.
