Qualifications

• Experience in food service management with focus on purchasing, inventory, food cost analysis and forecasting.
• Experience using automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and workplace safety standards.
• Experience supporting quality outcomes and service excellence in patient or customer-facing operations.
• Proven success training, coaching and engaging employees to support compliance and performance.
