Job summary

Pathways for Life in Arizona is seeking compassionate, dependable individuals to join our Day Program team on an on-call, back-up basis. You will assist with daily activities, support community engagement, and help participants grow toward greater independence in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities include building respectful relationships, applying behavior support strategies when needed, and ensuring a safe, engaging day program.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and patient individuals
• Strong communication and observation skills
• Reliable and flexible availability
• Age 18+
• Valid Arizona Driver's License
• Clean driving record and background check
