Pathways for Life in Mesa, AZ is hiring dependable drivers to transport adults with IDD to our day program. You will perform safety checks, assist riders, and maintain logs while delivering friendly service.

Flexible schedule includes weekday mornings and afternoons with PRN opportunities. Competitive hourly pay and paid training, supportive team, meaningful work that improves independence.

Formación

• Valid Arizona Driver's License and clean driving record.
• Must be 21 or older and reliable.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Safely transport members to and from the Day Program.
• Conduct vehicle safety inspections.
• Assist members entering and exiting vehicles as needed.
• Maintain accurate transportation logs.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Follow all company and state transportation guidelines.

Pathways for Life is hiring dependable drivers to provide transportation for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) attending our day program. If you're a safe driver who enjoys helping others and wants meaningful work with a flexible schedule, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities:

• Safely transport members to and from the Day Program
• Conduct vehicle safety inspections
• Assist members entering and exiting vehicles as needed
• Maintain accurate transportation logs
• Provide friendly, professional customer service
• Follow all company and state transportation guidelines

Qualifications:

• Valid Arizona Driver's License
• Clean driving record
• Age 21+
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to pass a background check
• Excellent communication skills

Available schedules:

• Monday-Friday and PRN (as needed)
• 6:30AM-8:30AM
• 2:30PM-5:30PM
