Job summary

Pathways for Life is seeking dedicated team members to support individuals with developmental disabilities in daily routines and activities. This role emphasizes building meaningful connections, respectful engagement, and safety for participants.

You will implement behavior support strategies, collaborate with supervisors and professionals, and contribute to a compassionate care team. Part-time or full-time schedules, with benefits for full-time staff, await you.

Qualifications

• Requires CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Article 9 Certificate preferred.
• PROUD (Prevention & Support) certification or training desired.
• Abuse & Neglect Training required.

Responsibilities

• Support members with developmental disabilities in daily routines and activities.
• Build meaningful connections through respectful interactions.
• Implement behavior support strategies to address challenging behaviors.
