Job summary

Pathways for Life is seeking compassionate caregivers in the United States (Arizona) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in daily routines and activities. You will assist with activities of daily living, including meal preparation and personal hygiene, while building trust through respectful, engaging interactions.

• Implement behavior support strategies to address challenging behaviors effectively.
• Collaborate for Impact: Work with supervisors and other professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
• Advocate with Heart: Ensure member safety and comfort through attentive and respectful care.
