Job summary

Lilly is seeking a Systems Engineer (R2-R4) in Concord, NC to implement the next-generation MES and align sites with global standards. The role involves coordinating between site and global project leaders and delivering an integrated deployment plan.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 1 year of MES implementation, project management, and validation experience. Partial telecommuting is allowed; up to 15% travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 1 year of MES implementation and project management experience in pharma.
• Experience with master batch record deployments.
• Experience with change management and user adoption for large-scale implementations.
• Experience with computer system validation and testing artifacts for MES.
• Experience with developing training guides for end-users of manufacturing solutions.
• Experience with MSOEs and S95/S88 models.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute an integrated MES deployment plan.
• Ensure solutions adhere to global standards and align with digital initiatives.
• Serve as the point of contact between teams (site and global project leaders).
• Provide deployment support and validation activities for manufacturing sites.
