Job summary

Evolving Solution Services is seeking an experienced MES/WMS specialist to optimize manufacturing systems in our Forney, TX facility. You will administer MES, support WMS applications, and collaborate with production and engineering to improve processes through technology enhancements.

The role requires strong SQL development skills, on-call capability, and the ability to work onsite with cross-functional teams in manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 5 years supporting manufacturing technology environments.
• Experience with MES such as Ignition, Plex, FactoryTalk, Siemens OpsCenter or Apriso.
• Experience with WMS such as High Jump, Manhattan, or SAP EWM.
• Strong SQL database administration and development (SQL Server and/or MySQL).

Responsibilities

• Administer, support, and optimize MES.
• Support WMS and related supply chain applications.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing system issues impacting production operations.
• Coordinate software upgrades, patches, testing, and deployments.
• Collaborate with production and engineering to improve processes via technology.
• Support system integrations between manufacturing and business applications.
• Design, develop, and maintain SQL databases for manufacturing operations.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data integrations.
• Develop SQL queries, stored procedures, and data validation processes.
• Ensure data integrity between ERP, MES, WMS, and other systems.
• Support production reporting, analytics, and operational performance initiatives.
• Troubleshoot database-related issues and optimize performance.
• Provide on-site support for manufacturing servers, applications, and shop-floor workstations.
