Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Manufacturing Execution Systems Solution Architect Manager to guide MES design and delivery for clients. You will define business needs, translate them into scalable designs, and lead multi-disciplinary teams across configuration, deployment, and upgrades.

You will advise senior leaders on MES strategies and contribute to practice development while traveling as needed for client engagements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
7+ years MES experience incl. 5+ years with Apriso, Opcenter or Aveva.
5+ years in requirements gathering, design, data mapping, testing and delivery models.
Experience using analytics to measure manufacturing performance.
Experience leading 2+ MES implementations and defining system architecture.

Responsibilities

Lead discussions with client stakeholders to define MES business needs.
Design MES architectures across Apriso, Opcenter, Aveva platforms incl. config and upgrades.
Lead delivery activities from requirements to go-live support.
Advise senior leaders on MES capabilities and transformation opportunities.
Contribute to Deloitte's practice by sharing knowledge and supporting innovation.
