Job summary

Deloitte France is seeking a Manufacturing Execution Systems Solution Architect Manager to lead MES architecture design and client delivery across Apriso, Opcenter, and Aveva. You will translate business needs into scalable solutions and guide project teams from requirements through deployment.

You will travel up to 50% and mentor junior staff while advising executives on MES strategies to transform manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 7+ years MES experience.
• 5+ years implementing Apriso, Opcenter or Aveva solutions.
• Experience gathering requirements, fit-gap analyses, and design.
• Experience leading 2+ MES implementations and defining system architecture.
• Willingness to travel ~50% across client sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead discussions with client stakeholders to define MES needs and translate to designs.
• Design MES architectures across Apriso, Opcenter, and Aveva platforms.
• Lead delivery activities from requirements to deployment and post-go-live support.
• Advise senior leaders on MES capabilities and transformation opportunities.
• Contribute to practice development by sharing knowledge and solving complex challenges.
