Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Manufacturing Execution Systems Solution Architect Manager to lead MES strategy and architecture for client manufacturing operations. You will guide stakeholders, design scalable MES solutions, and drive end-to-end delivery on major projects within the Supply Chain & Network Operations practice.

The role requires extensive MES expertise, platform experience with Apriso/Opcenter/Aveva, and the ability to travel 50% to serve diverse client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years MES experience, 5+ years with Apriso/Opcenter/Aveva.
• 5+ years in requirements gathering, process design, data mapping and deployment.
• Experience leading MES implementations and defining system architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead discussions with stakeholders to define MES needs and translate to scalable designs.
• Design MES architectures across Apriso, Opcenter, Aveva platforms including configuration, integration, deployment and upgrades.
• Lead project delivery across requirements, fit-gap, design, testing, deployment and go-live support.
• Advise senior leaders on MES capabilities and transformation opportunities.
