Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Manufacturing Execution Systems Solution Architect Manager to join the Supply Chain & Network Operations team. You will lead discussions with client stakeholders to define MES needs and translate them into scalable designs.

You will design architectures across Apriso, Opcenter, and Aveva, oversee deployment, and advise leaders on transformation opportunities. Travel about 50% is expected; Deloitte supports growth and innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years MES experience, including 5+ years with Apriso/Opcenter/Aveva.
• 5+ years in business requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional design, data mapping, testing, deployment and delivery models.
• Experience using analytics to assess manufacturing performance and opportunities for improvement.
• Experience leading 2+ MES implementations and system architecture definition.

Responsibilities

• Lead discussions with client stakeholders to define MES business needs and translate into scalable designs.
• Design functional and technical MES architectures across Apriso, Opcenter, and Aveva platforms; include configuration, integration, deployment, and upgrades.
• Lead project delivery activities from requirements gathering to post-go-live support.
• Advise senior leaders on MES capabilities, implementation approaches, and transformation opportunities.
