Job summary

Titan International in Clinton, TN is seeking a MES Analyst to help collect and integrate machine data across our Wheel and Tire manufacturing facilities, enabling improved operational performance and data-driven decisions. You will partner with IT, engineering, and plant operations to implement MES solutions, develop reporting tools, and support system integrations, upgrades, and troubleshooting.

This role requires a 4-year degree, 3+ years MES experience, and willingness to travel up to 50% to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years of MES or industrial systems experience.
• Experience with Visual Studio or Android app development.
• Exposure to PLC systems and data integration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communicator with stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Configure, program, test, and implement MES solutions.
• Develop and maintain apps using Visual Studio and Android.
• Deploy MES tools on web servers and mobile devices.
• Assist in commissioning new facilities and upgrading systems.
• Integrate machine data across facilities.
• Develop reporting tools for production insights.
• Support inventory control through data accuracy.
• Maintain documentation and meet project deadlines.
• Collaborate with IT, engineering, and plant operations.
